In a pan heat the oil and add besan. Saute until besan turns golden brown.
Quickly add the chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder to the besan and saute for couple of seconds.
Add the capsicum pieces and mix well. Add salt to the capsicum and cook for 5-6 minutes (till capsicum becomes tender).
Add the cubed boiled potatoes and mix well, Place a lid on the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes stirring occasionally, Serve HOT.
