Vegetarian spring rolls

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp plum sauce
 - ¼ carrot
 - 2 rice paper sheets
 - 1/2 small cucumber
 - 3 tbsp bean sprouts
 - 1/2 spring onion
 
Method
Spread the sauce in a very thin layer on 2 rice paper sheets. Julienne the vegetable and 3 tbsp bean sprouts, and place the shreds on one side of the rice paper sheet. Roll tightly and tie each roll with the spring onion.
