This Ramadan, Fairmont The Palm invites guests to celebrate togetherness with thoughtfully curated iftar and suhoor experiences across its dining venues. From tranquil garden settings to late-night lounges, the hotel offers a diverse programme blending traditional and international flavours.

Fairuz Garden, Flow Kitchen

Flow Kitchen brings the spirit of Ramadan to Fairuz Garden, a beautifully styled outdoor space where guests can gather for Iftar in a warm, open-air setting rooted in tradition and hospitality. Evenings flow into a relaxed Suhoor under the stars, with a shared set menu or à la carte option and gentle live entertainment, served from 10pm to 2am, plus special menu options for larger groups.

Iftar: Sunset to 9pm. AED315 per person and AED125 per child aged 6 to 12 years old.

Suhoor: 10pm-2am. Suhoor Family Style Set Menu: AED175 per person and AED85 per child. A la carte option is also available. Groups: Special menus for larger groups available upon request.

Chef’s Special Iftar Menu at Little Miss India

Little Miss India invites guests to break their fast with a chef-led Ramadan Iftar by Chef Mohammad Arif, inspired by the flavours of Delhi, Hyderabad, and Lucknow. Made for sharing and slow evenings, the menu features comforting classics such as Lucknow Dum Gosht, Hyderabadi Haleem, and Galawati Kebab, bringing together tradition, generosity, and time spent around the table.

Sunset to 11:30pm. À la carte.

Mashrabiya Lounge

Mashrabiya Lounge invites guests to linger late into the night with suhoor on its terrace, set for laid-back, social evenings. The curated menu blends traditional and contemporary flavours, paired with desserts, signature drinks, and premium shisha.
