Running throughout July and August, the Fire Bowl challenge will set tongues afire with three spicy dishes: Tom yum goong, Massaman lamb curry and Thai beef and pumpkin salad. Diners are challenged to finish any of these 3 Fire Bowls in under 8 minutes to get the dish for free.

CLAY Dubai
Make your over to CLAY Dubai to enjoy a lunch menu that showcases three freshly-made cebiches. De Esquina is a medley of octopus and tuna in La-Yu and Ají amarillo oils, with squid karaage, seaweed, sweet potato and bits of rice nori crackers. The Ají & Corn arrives in the form of premium sea bream, a spicy Rocoto Ají emulsion, corn à la robata, kiwicha crackers and fake cushuro caviar; while the Passion Camu Camu features cured salmon with a splash of passion camu camu sauce and panca ají oil, topped with cassava, banana crackers, mint emulsion, mint oil and a sprinkle of banana green powder.

Treat yourself to a delightful summer afternoon tea at the chic Osmo – Lounge and Bar, located in Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island. Ideal for socialising indoors with friends and family, the event features a selection of delicate menu items prepared using fresh, seasonal ingredients. The savoury menu includes roasted, pulled beef sandwiches, vegetable tagine in Saj basket and avocado brioche, served alongside indulgent sweet treats such as raspberry and violet profiterole, mandarin macaroon and chocolate and peach tart to name a few.
