From floral mocktails to delicately plated seafood, the Summer Menu is built around refreshing dishes to enjoy the warm weather, starting with salads including the herb-forward Shirazi with mint and pomegranate vinaigrette and the Mykonos salad with juicy Uzbek tomatoes and Ezine cheese. Other menu highlights include the Golden maki with black truffle and yuzu jelly, the Hamachi usuzukuri dressed in ponzu and green apple, and the Octopus flame with chimichurri and Halhali olives. DREAM Dinner Show

This summer, DREAM Dinner Show Dubai presents a series of elevated experiences designed for memorable celebrations, whether it’s a romantic evening, a birthday or a night out with friends. La Promenade
