Novikov has opened its doors in Abu Dhabi at The Galleria on Al Maryah Island, introducing a Mediterranean concept inspired by coastal Italy, Southern France, Greece, Spain, and Portugal. The Banc
London’s The Banc has officially landed in Dubai, opening its sleek new outpost at the Renaissance Business Bay Hotel. Famed for its celebrity clientele and bold Mediterrasian cuisine, the new location features interiors that nod to its North London roots, with vault doors, Fornasetti art, and moody lighting. On the menu, expect dishes such as Bluefin Tuna Tataki, Wagyu Short Rib, Alaskan Crab Legs, and indulgent desserts like White Truffle Ice Cream.

Uptown Dubai
Uptown Dubai has two midweek dining deals worth checking out! At Uptown Brasserie, Mussels Wednesday means all-you-can-eat Imperial Dutch mussels served with your choice of sauce such as Marinière, Provençal or Romesco, along with crispy fries, garlic bread and a glass of house white grape. Over at Sur.Dubai on Atrium Level 2, the business lunch brings Turkish and Mediterranean flavours with a two-course menu for AED125 or three courses for AED150.

Ossiano
Ossiano’s Summer of Discovery tasting menu invites guests on a six-course journey through the coastal flavours of the Atlantic, available until Sunday 31st August. The experience begins with elegant canapés like the Illusion of Oyster and Otoro Tuna Tartlet, before moving into refined dishes such as pea panna cotta, chutoro tuna with heirloom tomatoes, and poached cod in kombu oil. Highlights also include langoustine with passionfruit jam and a choice between John Dory à la Meunière or binchotan-grilled Wagyu beef seasoned with Moroccan spices. A decadent chocolate and almond dessert rounds off this ocean-inspired menu.

The Lana, Dorchester Collection
This summer, The Lana by Dorchester Collection invites guests to cool off with daily access to its rooftop infinity pool, open from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. until August 31. Priced at AED750 per person (fully redeemable on food and drinks), the experience includes panoramic views of Downtown Dubai and a menu curated by Michelin-starred chef Jean Imbert, featuring dishes such as Seabass Carpaccio, Lobster Salad, and indulgent desserts.
