Blume’s Dubai Marina location makes use of a temperature-controlled terrace, so guests can enjoy the gorgeous setting all season long. In Dubai Mall, the interiors take inspiration from vintage train travel, with live DJ sets from Thursday to Sunday adding energy to the evenings. From floral mocktails to delicately plated seafood, the Summer Menu is built around refreshing dishes to enjoy the warm weather, starting with salads including the herb-forward Shirazi with mint and pomegranate vinaigrette and the Mykonos salad with juicy Uzbek tomatoes and Ezine cheese. Other menu highlights include the Golden maki with black truffle and yuzu jelly, the Hamachi usuzukuri dressed in ponzu and green apple, and the Octopus flame with chimichurri and Halhali olives. For dessert, the Lemon cream brûlée and Baked Alaska offer classic comforts with a touch of theatre, while the fresh berry platter provides a lighter finish.
