Blume

As summer settles in, Blume welcomes guests with a refreshing new menu inspired by the Silk Road and Mediterranean gardens. Blume’s Dubai Marina location makes use of a temperature-controlled terrace, so guests can enjoy the gorgeous setting all season long. In Dubai Mall, the interiors take inspiration from vintage train travel, with live DJ sets from Thursday to Sunday adding energy to the evenings. From floral mocktails to delicately plated seafood, the Summer Menu is built around refreshing dishes to enjoy the warm weather, starting with salads including the herb-forward Shirazi with mint and pomegranate vinaigrette and the Mykonos salad with juicy Uzbek tomatoes and Ezine cheese. Other menu highlights include the Golden maki with black truffle and yuzu jelly, the Hamachi usuzukuri dressed in ponzu and green apple, and the Octopus flame with chimichurri and Halhali olives. For dessert, the Lemon cream brûlée and Baked Alaska offer classic comforts with a touch of theatre, while the fresh berry platter provides a lighter finish.

DREAM Dinner Show

This summer, DREAM Dinner Show Dubai presents a series of elevated experiences designed for memorable celebrations, whether it’s a romantic evening, a birthday or a night out with friends. Available until 14 September, each curated experience combines fine dining, live entertainment, premium bubbly and personalised touches such as dessert platters and show performances. La Promenade

Looking for a quiet, laid-back dining experience in Dubai? La Promenade at Jumeirah Al Qasr offers a sumptuous summer menu perfect for sharing. With an incredible focus on quality ingredients, guests can indulge in a seasonal two- or three-course Summer Saveurs menu that celebrates the richness of traditional French cuisine, elevated through modern techniques. The experience begins with elegant canapés like the Illusion of Oyster and Otoro Tuna Tartlet, before moving into refined dishes such as pea panna cotta, chutoro tuna with heirloom tomatoes, and poached cod in kombu oil.
