Chef Sperxos is known for his eccentric style, inventive menus, and visually dramatic presentations. He is also the world’s first NFT chef and creator of the UAE’s first glow-in-the-dark menu. The Dish follows his success with EfZin Fresh and Sky 2.0, cementing his reputation as a trailblazer in modern Greek cuisine.
