Spice Souk–Inspired Iftar at Cyan Brasserie
Cyan Brasserie transforms into a modern interpretation of a traditional spice souk. Drawing inspiration from historic trade routes of the Middle East and beyond, the culinary team reworks classic Ramadan flavours into a contemporary Iftar experience rich in aroma, colour and texture.
Diners can expect an immersive buffet experience featuring signature dishes infused with saffron, sumac, cardamom and other aromatic spices, alongside live cooking stations offering regional favourites with a contemporary twist. Artisan breads, handcrafted desserts and innovative Ramadan beverages complete the offering, while live oud performances set a soulful tone.

Under the Stars Suhoor at Andaz Lounge & Terrace
As night falls over the capital, Andaz Lounge & Terrace becomes a serene sanctuary set 18 floors above the city. Framed by panoramic skyline views, this starlit Suhoor experience blends the calm of the nocturnal hours with a refined urban energy, offering a tranquil space for reflection and conversation. A curated set menu is available for guests, highlighting regional dishes and late-night favourites, complemented by fragrant teas and crafted coffees. Shisha is available at an additional charge in the open-air setting, while personalised service ensures the experience remains intimate. As the city hums softly below, the atmosphere lends itself to meaningful moments and the gentle transition towards dawn.
