Cyan Brasserie transforms into a modern interpretation of a traditional spice souk. Drawing inspiration from historic trade routes of the Middle East and beyond, the culinary team reworks classic Ramadan flavours into a contemporary Iftar experience rich in aroma, colour and texture.

Diners can expect an immersive buffet experience featuring signature dishes infused with saffron, sumac, cardamom and other aromatic spices, alongside live cooking stations offering regional favourites with a contemporary twist. Artisan breads, handcrafted desserts and innovative Ramadan beverages complete the offering, while live oud performances set a soulful tone.
