For mains, choose Seafood Paella infused with saffron, Mussels Marinara with herb oil, Pollo Arrosto with creamy polenta and rosemary jus, or premium cuts from the Chef’s Carving Trolley served at your table. Dessert arrives via the Chef’s Dessert Trolley, featuring a rotating selection of pastries and sweets.
