The celebrations begin on Christmas Eve with an evening of musical elegance featuring opera and musical performer Joseph Terterian, joined by TOI, performing timeless melodies. From 24 December to 7 January, guests can explore a limited-edition à la carte festive menu by Head Chef Thomas Papas, blending Mediterranean finesse with winter-inspired comfort. Dishes such as Beef Carpaccio with king oyster mushrooms and caramelised hazelnuts, Smoked Duck Breast with Jerusalem artichoke cream and orange-spice sauce, and Venison Medallion with parsnip purée and roasted chestnuts.
The Whole Chicken stuffed with Foie Gras and Truffle, infused with mountain herbs and chanterelle jus, stands out as the centrepiece, while the Mont Blanc Chestnut Frangipane closes the meal with salted caramel mousse, coffee crémeux, and forest-fruit sorbet.
True to its imaginative spirit, Zenon introduces AI-driven entertainment with interactive holographic storytelling and responsive visual projections that add to the sensory experience. Paired with an international grape collection of over 200 labels, from Old-World vintages to biodynamic discoveries, A Winter Reverie makes this festive season one to remember.
The festive menu will be available daily from 24 December to 7 January, starting at 12pm. On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, guests can enjoy live entertainment from 9pm. Festive à la carte dishes will be served with no minimum spend.
