ORIENTAL CHRISTMAS FEAST AT YU
The Festive Season at YU brings forward the flavours and traditions of Chinese cuisine with a menu created especially for this occasion. Guests will experience authentic Peking Duck cooked in the traditional way, served as the highlight of the evening. The journey continues with a winter duck consommé enriched with mushrooms, cabbage and tofu, followed by signature dishes including crispy typhoon shelter prawns, wok-fried wagyu beef with black pepper sauce and truffle duck fried rice.

YU: THE IMPERIAL NEW YEAR AT YU
At YU, the arrival of 2026 celebrates the artistry of Chinese cuisine in an authentic and elegant atmosphere. The restaurant presents a six-course set menu crafted by Chinese chefs, with highlights such as classic dim sum, wok-fried spicy lobster, wagyu black pepper beef, and foie gras and caviar fried rice. Refined desserts add a modern touch to classic flavours.
