For a select few, the Dubai 2026 WIP Experience is the most exclusive way to welcome the New Year. The Michelin-starred Culinary Director has created a bespoke menu, presented personally by the Head Chef. Dishes range from Kobe edamame with truffle and Imperial Moriawase sashimi with Beluga caviar to A5 Crown Nigiri with smoked eel and foie gras. Guests can choose between Japanese Kobe Grade A5 or Wild Chilean Sea Bass, before ending with a decadent Chocolate Fondant layered with sesame brittle, cacao crumble, matcha sponge and lotus caramel ice cream.

A private butler ensures everything runs effortlessly, while premium drinks, from crafted drinks to premium bubbly, are poured throughout the night. With uninterrupted front-row views of the Burj Khalifa fireworks, it’s an experience that defines New Year’s Eve at its very best.
