Fairmont The Palm is hosting a special one-night-only culinary experience, An Evening with Pierre Koffmann, at the elegant Seagrill Restaurant & Lounge. Prepare for a specially curated menu by the legendary Chef Koffmann himself, showcasing signature dishes from his celebrated cookbook, Memories of Gascony. Guests will be taken on a nostalgic journey through southwestern France with delicacies such as Broad Bean Soup, Spring Vegetables with Foie Gras, Sweetbreads with Mushrooms, and Turbot with Capers, Saffron & Tomatoes, finishing with Summer Fruits in Red Grape. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with fine grapes, completing a memorable dining experience by the sea.
