The MICHELIN Guide-selected restaurant, Catch at St. Regis, is hosting an interactive tasting experience ‘Masterclass of Caviar Excellence’, which takes guests through the luxurious tastes and incredible textures of this premium delicacy at the five-star hotel’s picturesque lawn setting under the starry night sky.
Led by Maya Mady, the Middle East ambassador for Maison Kaviari, diners can look forward to a culinary voyage across the world-renowned varieties of caviar in the Kaviari collection, its special characteristics, and the best way to enjoy it. With over 50 years of experience as one of the world’s leading caviar farmers, Maison Kaviari only selects premium quality caviar to provide the ultimate high-end experience. Savour the briny and earthy flavours of Baeri Royal caviar, the subtle seawater aromas of the hazelnut-infused Oscietra Prestige caviar, and the rich and complex notes of Kristal caviar, a medium to a large variety that is renowned by many of the world’s top chefs.
The tasting experience is then followed by a lavish three-course dinner prepared by Head Chef Remon Nabil Hana and his team. Highlights include Japanese amberjack, Argentinian prawns, Patagonian toothfish, and the chef’s signature tropical coconut sago dessert, each expertly crafted and paired with a glass of grape.
