Iftar by the Shore – Banyan Tree Pool & Beach

Banyan Tree Dubai hosts a sharing-style Iftar at its oceanfront venue from 6pm, priced at AED320 per person (minimum 10 guests), with a live BBQ station set on the beach. The meal opens with dates, dried fruits, Ramadan juices, fresh breads and lentil soup, before moving into a spread of hot and cold mezzeh including red quinoa tabbouleh, smoked eggplant moutabal, lamb kibbeh and spinach fatayer.

For mains, guests can expect a mixed grill of shish tawook, beef kofta and lamb chops, alongside zaatar-roasted cauliflower steak with lemon tahini, plus grilled seabass and oriental roasted chicken served with saffron rice and couscous. Desserts include Umm Ali, Arabic coffee tiramisu, baklava and seasonal fruit.

Iftar Feast at Alizée

Alizée offers a table-served, sharing-style Iftar in a contemporary coastal setting from 6pm, priced at AED295 per person. The meal starts with lentil shorbat served with lemon, followed by hot and cold starters including fattoush, hummus, moutabal, baba ghanoush, stuffed grape leaves, falafel and kebbeh.

Mains are designed to be shared and include a mixed grill platter of beef kofta, chicken shish tawook and lamb chops with grilled vegetables, alongside seabass with harra sauce, slow-cooked vegetable tagine and Middle Eastern-spiced lamb shoulder. A dessert buffet rounds off the evening, featuring Ramadan classics alongside international sweets.
