This picturesque hideaway in Abu Dhabi is inviting diners to experience gourmet pizzas and delightful vegan creations from two new menus
Al Wathba, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa, a luxurious property located less than an hour’s drive from Downtown Abu Dhabi, has launched two creative culinary concepts for the month of September and beyond.
Diners can look forward to gastronomy featuring the diverse flavours of Italian cuisine, as well as a selection of nutritious and innovative plant-based dishes.
The Art of Pizza at Terra Secca
Diners can expect to be taken on an epicurean journey by the junior-sous chef of Terra Secca, Vittorio Nania and his team, through a menu featuring six pizzas, each inspired by different Italian cities. Choose to dine indoors, or take advantage of the change in climate and dine al fresco with views of the surrounding dunes and more.
Tuck into the signature Da Vittorio topped with fine ingredients sourced directly from chef Vittorio’s hometown of Calabria; or the Fichi D’oro adorned with gold leaves and fresh figs. Enjoy a slice of the vibrant Cetara, named after a little Italian town renowned for its fishing and production of anchovies or the Via Appia Antica which offers a classic Cacio e Pepe sauce as its base.
Go Vegan at Panache pool bar
Take your pick from nourishing, plant-forward dishes at Panache pool bar. Treat yourself to a hearty lunch or a light meal from a menu showcasing bites such as spicy buffalo cauliflower wings served with a creamy vegan cheese sauce, Vietnamese spring rolls and fruity açaí bowls.
