The UAE’s first and only focacceria, La Fabbrica Italiana, is offering one lucky winner a dining experience. With only three items on the menu, the first dish includes a 2000-year-old re-created focaccia recipe, made with a 72-hour fermented dough and topped with ingredients such as truffle and bresaola. Up next, is a creamy burrata and lastly, indulge in La Fabbrica’s tiramisu, which is the exact replica of the original recipe first served in 1958 to a Greek princess. La Fabbrica will soon be creating a breakfast menu too.
