Mix together the chilli sauce, ginger, soy
sauce and lime zest. Pour over the chicken
drumsticks and leave to marinate for as long
as you can (put them in the fridge if
marinating for any longer than 30 mins).

shaking off any excess marinade. Roast for
20 mins, then pour over the leftover
marinade and cook for 5 mins more until
sticky and browned.
