Dibba Bay, the only gourmet oyster farm in the Middle East, invites you to experience its first annual Dibba Bay Oyster Festival this March
Calling all oyster enthusiasts! Dibba Bay has introduced their first annual oyster festival in the UAE, featuring a week-long celebration of the country’s first and only local oyster.
Currently taking place from March 2 to 6, the event features a plethora of oyster specials ranging from Oyster Hours to an Open Farm Day and the regions first Oyster Shucking Competition.
Head to the Dibba Bay farm shop located at the Fishing Harbour 2 in Umm Suqeim and enjoy a fabulous Oyster hour all day, every day.
Additionally, you can indulge in the meaty mollusc at restaurants around the UAE. The list includes, but is not limited to, Alici, BB social, Boca, Weslodge Saloon, LOWE, Park Hyatt Dubai, Zero Gravity, CMP Bar and Grill, St. Regis The Palm, Rosewood Hotel Abu Dhabi, Hilton RAK Beach Resort and Spa and Address Beach Resort Fujairah.
Following this, Dibba Bay will host an Open Farm Day on March 5 where, for one day only, residents of the UAE can go on a tour of the oyster farm.
Finally, the main event arrives on March 6 where the Dibba bay Shuck Off will see chefs from across the country competing for the title of “UAE’s Shucking Champion”. The event is free to attend for kids and adults alike, post registration on the Dibba Bay website.
