Starters include dishes such as kale and Manchego salad, Italian burrata, roasted beetroot, Wagyu beef carpaccio and seared Hokkaido scallops, while mains feature roasted beef striploin, rotisserie baby chicken, slow-roasted lamb shoulder, red snapper en papillote and porcini mushroom risotto. Each main comes with a selection of sides including garden peas, baked cauliflower cheese, wood-oven roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, honey-glazed parsnips and carrots, and braised red cabbage. Starters include wild mushroom soup, local burrata, tuna tartare, beetroot salad, crab cake and Wagyu beef tartare. Roast mains feature dry-aged beef striploin with Yorkshire pudding, roast maize-fed chicken breast with date, sage and onion stuffing, 24-hour cooked lamb shoulder served for two, grilled Norwegian salmon, lobster risotto and a Lion’s Mane mushroom steak.
