Nestled within Downtown Dubai, MiMi Mei Fair introduces MiMi’s Duck Feast, a sharing menu built around its Apple Wood-Fired Peking Duck. The four-course menu is served in MiMi Mei Fair’s residence, with each dish using duck differently while drawing from Chinese cooking traditions.

The meal starts with Duck Xiao Long Bao, filled with duck broth, and Crispy Spring Rolls with pulled duck and hoisin sauce. The main course features MiMi Mei Fair’s Half Apple Wood-Fired Roasted Peking Duck, served with homemade pancakes and hoisin sauce. Ember Duck Confit with shiitake mushrooms, pearl onion, chilli and ginger follows, alongside Baby Pak Choi with garlic and Olive Fried Rice, made with olive leaves, black olives and asparagus.

To end on a sweet note, the Golden Crème Brûlée arrives on the table, made with duck egg and Madagascar vanilla bean.

Available from 1 September until the end of October for a minimum of two guests, the menu is priced at AED398 per person, with an optional grape pairing for AED198 per person.
