Italian restaurant Rocambolesco is set to open in Uptown Dubai in September 2026.

Operated by Eclectic Hospitality, the concept is inspired by the Italian tradition of shared dining. The restaurant will offer indoor seating, an outdoor terrace and bar, with a first-floor dining space due to open later in the year for dinner service.

The menu has been developed by Italian chef Luigi Stinga, recipient of the MICHELIN Guide Abu Dhabi Young Chef Award, who previously spent five years at Talea by Antonio Guida, which held one MICHELIN Star from 2022 to 2025. As Executive Chef, he will lead a menu centred on Italian cuisine with contemporary influences.

The interiors feature warm tones, layered textures and bold patterns, reflecting the restaurant’s modern approach. The opening will add another dining destination to Uptown Dubai’s growing restaurant scene.
