Running every Friday to Sunday throughout July, the concept serves freshly baked breads, Filipino sandwiches and desserts inspired by the country’s culinary traditions.
Developed over the course of a year, Breadwinner combines Chef Nouel Catis’ expertise in artisan baking with Chef JP Anglo’s modern take on Filipino cuisine. The menu features nostalgic Filipino flavours alongside contemporary creations, introducing diners to both familiar favourites and new discoveries.
The pop-up runs every Friday, Saturday and Sunday throughout July at Onelife in d3, offering a limited chance to experience Breadwinner.
