Created by Chef Sperxos, The Dish focuses on quality ingredients, bold Mediterranean flavours and food made to share. The menu brings together fresh seafood, grilled meats, vibrant salads and signature dishes across lunch and dinner.

Inspired by his Greek roots and culinary journey in Dubai, Chef Sperxos’ menu brings tradition and technique together, with dishes including deconstructed souvlaki, red prawns orzo saganaki and molten portokalopita. Fresh seafood, grilled meats, vibrant salads and other signature dishes feature across the menu.

The Dish is located with Culinara at One Za’abeel and Depachika Food Hall at Palm Jumeirah Mall. At Culinara, The Dish brings its Mediterranean menu to the destination, while the Depachika location serves the concept to residents and visitors on Palm Jumeirah.
