Centred around made-to-order handrolls, the menu will also feature nigiri, sashimi, tacos, salads, hot dishes and desserts, with an emphasis on high-quality seafood and fresh ingredients.
Inspired by Tokyo, New York and Dubai, Shinobi pairs Japanese cuisine with a street culture-inspired setting. The restaurant centres around a U-shaped counter where chefs prepare handrolls to order, while graffiti, music, art and a private dining room modelled on a New York subway carriage shape the space. House-made sodas, kombuchas, coffee, and tea complete the drinks offering.
