House of Grill is entering a new culinary chapter with renowned Chef Nicolas Isnard, bringing French techniques and live-fire cooking to its latest menu

Inspired by the Gatsby era, House of Grill features an open-fire kitchen and a menu centred on premium cuts of meat. In collaboration with Executive Chef Valéry Bame and the Fairmont Riyadh culinary team, the new offering keeps the restaurant’s focus on grilling while introducing French techniques and seasonal ingredients.

To mark the launch, House of Grill will offer a six-course tasting menu from September 30 to October 3, giving guests an introduction to the new dishes before the full à la carte menu launches on October 4. The tasting menu is priced at SAR355 per person.

Advance reservations are required due to limited seating.
