Bavarian Garden brings Bavarian favourites, refreshing hops and live entertainment to an open-air setting at Fairmont The Palm. German culinary veteran Karsten Gottschalk joins the experience as its Ambassador, bringing more than 45 years of culinary experience and passion for authentic German cuisine and hospitality.
The à la carte menu features Bavarian pretzels with whipped Obatzda, Bratwurst, Weisswurst and Veal Nürnberger sausages, alongside a Bavarian Sausage Platter made for sharing.
The menu continues with Wiener Schnitzel, slow-roasted non-halal meats, Hops-Braised Short Rib and Truffle & Wild Mushroom Spätzle. To finish, choose from Apfelstrudel, Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte or Bavarian Vanilla Cream with mixed-berry compote. Live music from a solo singer and guitarist adds to the celebratory atmosphere as you dine outdoors.
You can choose from two two-hour unlimited hops packages: the Classic Hops Package at AED200 or the Premium Bavarian Hops Package at AED250.
