Emirati Chef’s Table, a new Founder Series by Dubai SME in collaboration with Kitopi, is bringing the concepts of Emirati founders to Eatopi, inviting diners to discover and order their dishes at Eatopi Dubai Hills Mall and Eatopi One Central. From desserts to contemporary comfort food and Emirati-inspired dishes, each founder brings their own concept and story to the table.
The first batch features Wadeema Abdalla of Saccharose Desserts, Rehab Al Ameri of Local Foundry, Abdulrahman Lootah of One Made and Zainab Al Mousawi of To The Moon & Back. Together, they represent the first four of 12 Emirati founders who will be featured across the three-month series.
At Saccharose Desserts, Wadeema Abdalla serves up treats including Mango Sticky Rice and Warm Sticky Date Pudding, while Rehab Al Ameri’s Local Foundry offers dishes such as Pablo Honey and Mushroom n’ Mushroom.

From One Made, Abdulrahman Lootah’s menu includes Creamy Chicken Orzo, Chicken Shawarma Rice, Crispy Orange Chicken, and Birria Quesadillas. Zainab Al Mousawi’s To The Moon & Back brings her signature dishes including Hammour Fritters, Loomi Ribeye, Date-Braised Lamb and Emirati Panna Cotta.
