The menu opens with Insalata di Polpo e Patate, a refreshing combination of tender octopus, potatoes, parsley and lemon, followed by Zuppa Fredda di Pomodoro, a chilled tomato soup finished with fragrant basil and extra virgin olive oil, a light choice for warm summer days.

For pasta lovers, Orecchiette e Cime di Rapa brings a taste of southern Italy to the table, pairing traditional orecchiette with sautéed turnip tops, garlic and olive oil. The menu continues with Tagliata di Tonno con Rucola, Pomodorini e Limone, featuring seared tuna served with peppery rocket, sweet cherry tomatoes and a bright lemon dressing. To finish, Il Gelo al Limone offers a refreshing close, a silky chilled lemon mousse.
