The viral Australian bakery is opening its first flagship store in Dubai, bringing its famous gooey cookies to a permanent home in the city.
Australian bakery Brooki Bakehouse will open its first flagship store in Dubai later this year, following the success of its pop-ups in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, where customers queued for hours to try its viral cookies.

Founded by baker Brooke Bellamy, the brand has gained a global following for its thick, gooey cookies and social media-famous baked treats. Brooki already has locations at Al Qana Drive Thru and the Natural History Museum in Abu Dhabi, as well as Aljada in Sharjah.
While the Dubai store’s opening date and location have yet to be revealed, it will offer the bakery’s signature cookies and other bestselling sweet treats.
