bkry has opened its second Dubai location at Nad Al Sheba Mall, following the success of its original Alserkal Avenue bakery

The new space retains the brand’s signature open bakery concept, where guests can watch breads and pastries being made throughout the day.

The new opening introduces four pastries exclusive to Nad Al Sheba Mall. These include the Ecuadorian Chocolate Brownie Croissant with single-origin Ecuadorian chocolate brownie, hazelnut spread and candied hazelnuts; the Pistachio Swirl with Amaretto Croissant; the Cardamom Kouign-Amann made with a croissant-brioche hybrid dough; and the Honey Nougatine Croissant with honey-almond frangipane, almond praline and orange zest.

Alongside its signature viennoiserie, sourdough breads and speciality coffee, bkry has expanded its all-day dining menu. Breakfast highlights include Truffle Scramble, Miso Full Medames Baked Beans, Menemen and the vegan Tropical Chia. For lunch and dinner, the menu features sourdough pizzas including the Beef Oxtail & Cheeks, Spaghetti Ragu Bolognese, salads, soups and other seasonal dishes.

Desserts include two versions of bkry’s rice pudding soft serve, served with either mango compote or date caramel, as well as a Chocolate Dessert with soufflé sponge, salted caramel, hazelnut crunch and milk chocolate espuma. A dedicated children’s menu is also available.
