Armani Hotel Dubai is getting a new look. The hotel, which occupies the lower levels of Burj Khalifa, is undergoing a major renovation that will revamp its rooms, restaurants, spa, fitness facilities and event spaces while staying true to Giorgio Armani’s signature style

When it opened, Armani Hotel Dubai was the first hotel personally designed and envisioned by Giorgio Armani. The renovation will build on that foundation rather than reinvent it.

Rooms and suites will be redesigned, with dining destinations, the spa, fitness areas, the ballroom and outdoor spaces also updated. Armani/Casa pieces will remain throughout the interiors, keeping a direct link to the hotel’s original design.

The first changes will be revealed in January 2027, when the renovated ballroom and event spaces reopen.

The rest of the transformation will follow, with the full hotel scheduled to reopen in March 2027.
