A Brooklyn Christmas at Brooklyn Chop House

A Brooklyn Christmas flips the festive script with a six-course set menu that blends bold Asian inspiration and New York attitude. The night kicks off with a quartet of Christmas Dumplings, including Peking Duck, Chestnut and Shiitake, and Wagyu and Foie Gras, followed by the Hoisin Turkey Bao, wrapping up holiday comfort in one perfect bite. From Stir-Fried Seafood glazed in garlic-ginger to Grilled Australian Wagyu Striploin with smoky broccolini and red grape jus, every dish keeps things bold and the energy easy.

Dessert lands with Aurora de Noël, a Jivara chocolate and banana sponge finished with salted caramel and crystallised ginger, sweet, smooth, and slightly extra. With ambient holiday beats, a little sparkle in the décor, and signature beverages, join in on the Christmas Eve fun with loved ones.

Santa’s B.I.G. List – Christmas Brunch at Garage Restaurant

Santa has already saved everyone a seat, so all that remains is to whet your appetite. At Steam Table, dumplings take centre stage with Chinese BBQ duck bao, wok-tossed seafood, and Indonesian wagyu rendang served in generous portions. Nikkei House offers a sushi and sashimi showcase, from soft-shell crab maki to rainbow rolls, complemented by oysters and flowing bubbles. La Tavola presents classic holiday fare, including roasted turkey ballotine, beef medallions, and a rich selection of cheeses.

Souk Social brings Middle Eastern flavours, while the Food Truck Taco Station keeps it interactive with pulled-beef quesadillas, spicy ceviche, and loaded nachos. Dessert closes the celebration with festive creations ranging from yule logs and ginger-spice crème brûlée to pistachio verrines and a chocolate fountain. Throughout, DJ Firas spins upbeat house tunes while you explore a six-kitchen festive experience full of energy and cheer.

A Mediterranean Christmas at Pappas Taverna

This Christmas Eve, the vibe shifts south all the way to the Mediterranean. The night opens with an amuse-bouche trio featuring classic Greek tzatziki, tirokafteri, and taramosalata, basically the Greek starter pack for good energy. Oktapodi sta karvouna follows: charred octopus on creamy Santorini fava purée, while the Achaia salad adds a crunch of pomegranate and walnuts for balance. For mains, guests can go traditional with slow-roasted turkey and roasted roots or keep it luxe with Astakomakaronada, lobster linguini with cherry tomatoes and Graviera cheese from Crete. Dessert brings Santorini Snow, a pistachio baklava yule log topped with pomegranate gel and meringue.

New Year’s Eve Countdown Party

New Year’s Eve at W Lounge sets the scene for a night that feels electric from the start. The space shimmers in silver and neon, made for big entrances, bigger toasts, and a soundtrack that builds from smooth grooves to a full-throttle celebration. As midnight nears, the lights pulse, the beats sharpen, and glasses of bubbly wait for the Silver Rain countdown. With inventive concoctions, top-shelf pours, and an atmosphere that refuses to slow down, this is where the new year begins on a high.
