We are proud to present the first ever Healthy Living Show which will be co-located with the Sun and Sand Sports Fitness Festival. This show will be your one stop shop for everything you need to know about healthy living. The show comprises of four main sectors : Nutrition & Supplements, Beauty & Anti-Ageing, Health and Organic & Natural Products.
The show will consist of cooking classes, international chefs, celebrity fitness, healthy tips, healthy talks and demos, family and kids activities as well as a huge shopping hall for visitors to check out and buy the latest products. The number 1 international fitness and healthy living star ‘Joe Wicks’ will be headlining on 5th November. Also known as The Body Coach, Joe Wicks will be joining for live talks, HIIT sessions as well as cooking demonstrations at the Healthy Living Show.
