Acclaimed British chef Galton Blackiston will be cooking up a feast for three exclusive events at the Capital Club Dubai this week. From Wednesday 25TH to Friday 27TH April, he will be serving a six-course meal with drinks at 7.30pm every evening.
The chef has held a Michelin star for nearly 20 year’s at Morston Hall in Norfolk, and has regularly appeared on some of the UK’s best-loved food programmes.
His Dubai menu will include specialities such as: whole roasted monkfish and smoked garlic hollandaise, along with Australian wagyu, ox cheek pie and celeriac risotto with king oyster mushrooms and truffle.
“I’m a big fan of Dubai and I am honored and delighted to become a part of the British inspired restaurant scene in the Middle East myself through Capital Club Dubai. It has always been an ambition of mine to show the diners of Dubai what we create in Norfolk. I can’t wait to meet and cook for the people of Dubai,” said chef Galton.
