Named after the traditional Uzbek SUPA, a raised platform where families gather to eat and talk, the restaurant focuses on Uzbek dishes and hospitality. Its menu combines Uzbek traditions with subtle Middle Eastern influences, served in a modern setting inspired by Uzbek heritage and nature.
