Bold Night Brunch

Bold Night Brunch returns to Bā – Boldly Asian on Friday nights, with contemporary Pan-Asian dishes, free-flowing beverages and live DJ entertainment. The three-hour brunch runs from 8pm to 11pm, with the restaurant staying open until 2am.

Sunkissed Society Pool BBQ

Sunkissed Society Pool BBQ takes over Saturdays at Fairmont The Palm with a poolside BBQ, free-flowing house beverages and DJ entertainment. Guests can enjoy BBQ favourites and spend the afternoon by the pool from late morning.

Bavarian Garden

Fairmont The Palm’s Flow Kitchen heads outdoors with Bavarian Garden, a limited-time pop-up at Seaview Garden until 4 October, from 6pm onwards. The experience features Bavarian favourites, live entertainment and an à la carte menu including pretzels with whipped Obatzda, Bratwurst, Weisswurst, Veal Nürnberger sausages, Wiener Schnitzel, Hops-Braised Short Rib and Truffle & Wild Mushroom Spätzle, followed by Apfelstrudel, Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte or Bavarian Vanilla Cream. German chef Karsten Gottschalk joins as ambassador, bringing more than 45 years of culinary experience.

Two-hour unlimited hops packages are available for AED200 for the Classic Hops Package and AED250 for the Premium Bavarian Hops Package, while live music from a solo singer and guitarist runs throughout the evening.
