Ingredients

  • 1 x fruity malt loaf, sliced
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • clear honey, to serve
  • 500ml freshly squeeze orange juice, to serve

Method

  1. Toast the malt loaf slices until warm and crisp at the edges. Divide the bananas over the malt loaf and drizzle with a tiny squeeze of honey. Enjoy with a glass of orange juice.
